Wondering what superstar Tony Valor does to stay fit? Well, we’re here to give you the inside scoop! From kickboxing to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) to simply going to the gym, Tony does a variety of exercises to stay in shape. If you need some motivation to hit the gym, take a look at some of these workout activities that Tony loves!  

1) Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a form of exercise that helps strengthen and condition the body. Not only is it a fun way to let off some steam, it also provides many health benefits. Kickboxing strengthens your heart, reduces your body fat, and increases your flexibility!

2) Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Mixed Martial Arts allows you to acquire new skills, get in shape, and have fun. MMA is a mixture of various martial arts and contact sports combined into one. Mixing techniques from karate, jiu-jitsu, boxing, tae kwon do, judo, and wrestling, MMA is the perfect way to stay fit while having a good time!

3) Going to the Gym

When it comes to going to the gym, Tony particularly focuses on his core, arms, and abs. From pull-up crunches to push-ups, Tony finds new techniques and exercises to improve these core areas of his body.

Fitness Tips

If you want to start getting into shape, you must change your lifestyle in order to see progress. From making healthy eating decisions to having a more determined and motivated mindset. If you want to see change, you must be willing to change as well. Set a personal goal, monitor your progress, and be consistent.   Whether you’re looking towards something more cardio focused or looking for an activity that involves full body contact, always keep in mind that consistency is key. If it were up to Tony, he’d be hitting the gym everyday if he could. Tony makes it known that “It is very important to me to get at least a minimum of 3 days a week in the gym.
